These Niklaus Bauer flies are great pike flies when you want to downsize a bit, or even target bigger perch, zander, largemouth bass and other predator fish species. Tied with a mixture of natural an artificial materials, they will absorb a little water, but suspend enticingly as the natural materials mesmorise the fish with their subtle movements, or strip it quick to trigger those reaction bites.
